Digital Product Insights Specialist

This is a role that focuses on analyzing digital product usage, defining key metrics, and supporting A/B testing. The ideal candidate has experience in software as a service or business to business tech environments and is comfortable collaborating with product managers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze user behavior to uncover patterns and opportunities.
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to define tracking requirements and validate data collection.
- Ensure accurate data collection through tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
- Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies.
- Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses.
- Help prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
- 2+ years of experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
- Proficiency in Structured Query Language, Python, JavaScript, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Pendo, Amplitude).
- Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex findings.
