Job Title: IT Help Desk Technician">

The IT Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for internal technology issues, providing direct user assistance via various channels. This role involves triaging, resolving or escalating support requests in a timely and professional manner.

This position plays a critical role in stabilizing IT operations by resolving Tier 1 and select Tier 2 support issues as well as managing user provisioning across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include maintaining technical documentation contributing to IT process improvement efforts and assisting with new hire onboarding setup and support for all systems.

Key skills include strong communication and customer service skills under pressure excellent documentation and organizational abilities and self-motivation with the ability to prioritize and take ownership.
