We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and proposal preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality proposals that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Prepare and send customized proposals based on client requirements.
- At least 3 years of experience in lead generation and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot or Monday.com.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of AU clients and their specific needs is also desirable.
