We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our operations team. This role will involve managing communications, streamlining systems, handling scheduling and compliance, and working closely with leadership to drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction or trades industry operations, proficiency with job management software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple email inboxes and client communications within 24-hour response timeframes.
  • Generate quotes and invoices using SimPro, ensuring accurate job costing and timely billing.
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate resources to optimize crew efficiency and minimize travel time between sites.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes and upload supplier invoices to correct jobs for accurate job profitability tracking.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in construction or trades industry operations.
  • Proficiency with job management software, preferably SimPro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and basic financial administration.
