Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email.
Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various communication channels.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify the root cause of problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system.
- Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and support procedures to ensure seamless customer support.
- Communication: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up, with the ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
