Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished technical support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing funnels and sales systems are functioning correctly from a technical standpoint.
Main Responsibilities- Support the success of our accounts and sales representatives by handling technical tasks and overseeing our technology stack.
- Collaborate with our Director of Sales Operations and marketing teams to provide technical expertise and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Implement and set up new technology stack, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with the brand's marketing team on lead flow initiatives and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Create and manage technical integrations using Zapier, build out automations and workflows in the CRM, and manage rep adherence to CRM process across sales teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical skills and experience with technology stacks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
