Business Solution Developer

This is a role that involves direct client interaction, seamless system integration and custom solution development requiring a proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- System Development & Integration:
- Create, customize and optimize software applications using APIs and widgets.
- Develop error-free functional applications tailored to project requirements.
- Client Support & Communication:
- Provide first-line support for software applications via email and phone.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address system changes, troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
- Assist with onboarding new clients including setup, training and guidance.
- Integration & Migration:
- Implement and integrate systems such as Stripe, Xero and Zoho Books.
- Manage and reconcile data migrations to ensure accuracy.
- Documentation & Training:
- Prepare user guides, training materials and marketing documents.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project workflows and milestones.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate on task estimations and project requirements outlined in project management tools.
- Ensure timely updates of task statuses, milestones and deliverables.
