Job Overview

We seek an experienced HubSpot professional to join our team as a developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex CRM projects and automating workflows within the HubSpot suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HubSpot solutions for clients, including workflow automation, pipeline setup, and lead lifecycle design.
  • Develop and optimize custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations within the HubSpot platform.
  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and suggest innovative ideas to improve client outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders during project planning, execution, and delivery.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience working across the full HubSpot suite.
  • Proven success delivering complex CRM projects and automating workflows within HubSpot.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to present complex ideas confidently.
  • High attention to detail, documentation, and testing.
  • Business-minded approach to solving real-world problems.
