Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and develop feature ideas, meet with clients to understand their unique needs, and create high-level user stories that define product features and functions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document client requirements
  • Conduct analysis and documentation of client needs to inform product development
  • Develop detailed user stories of product features and functions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, driving informed decision-making
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to determine project scope and timelines, ensuring timely delivery
  • Test products to ensure alignment with intended user experience
  • Support internal and external communications, promoting transparency and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with clients/users to gather feedback, informing product enhancements and improvements
  • Provide support to Product Owner/Manager and Developers, as required
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, driving collaboration and effective communication
  • Contribute to customer support processes and issue triage, ensuring exceptional user experiences

Responsibilities may include:

  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to deliver complex projects
  • Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive project success
  • Understanding and applying business process mapping and data flow principles
