Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Specialist to support our Digital Marketing team.

This role involves working closely with various teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms, track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Insights: Gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing and other relevant teams to utilize data and information effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in the field of e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Extremely tech savvy, able to pick up new software and applications quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
