Project Coordinator – Digital Product Delivery

This role will oversee the delivery of complex digital product projects, fostering seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You'll facilitate agile environments, drive project alignment, and ensure timely execution.


About the Role

You'll serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, coordinating activities, and resolving issues in real-time. Your expertise in ClickUp and Slack will enable you to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and promote effective communication.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for digital product teams
  • Own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, identifying and resolving blockers in real-time
  • Serve as liaison between product, engineering, and design teams to ensure clarity and cohesion
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals
  • Coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical operations, customer experience, and operations
  • Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination
  • Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams
  • Support leadership team with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools
