Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Specialist to join our team. This is a remote role that requires expertise in product development, customer insights, and market research.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product innovation through customer feedback and data analysis. They will work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing. They will also possess excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools)
