Job Opportunity

A seasoned Digital Operations Lead is required to oversee the delivery of high-quality digital assets and client websites.

This role involves driving efficiency, quality, and speed across a team spanning web support, quality assurance, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive data-driven improvements in team performance and project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows and ensure website production aligns with overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to identify risks, remove obstacles, and maintain project schedules.
  • Oversee the output of QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10, setting clear expectations and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to drive measurable results.
  • Actively contribute to our culture by providing regular feedback and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and standardize processes for smooth project delivery and high-quality client outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to enforce deadlines, manage processes, and elevate team performance.
