Customer Support Representative Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Handle product-related questions, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with expertise and patience
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify tools to manage tickets and provide prompt support
  • Stay informed about product updates and support best practices to maintain a consistent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A reliable computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed
