
Administrative Document Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document Coordinator to support the management and submission of Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.
The ideal candidate will ensure proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of all documentation.
This nationwide project requires someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Track and manage CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure accurate and timely document submission
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals for verification and completeness of documents
- Maintain updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records
- Organize documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Support audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation
- Monitor submission schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts
- Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent English communication skills
