About This Role

We are seeking an advanced systems administrator with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and managing network infrastructure.

This role involves providing high-level technical support to customers, acting as the primary escalation point for tier 1 and tier 2 support teams, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Citrix environments, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and enterprise storage systems.

Additionally, this position requires experience with Office 365 and Azure administration, migrations, and license management. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential.

  • Advanced knowledge of network troubleshooting and configuration for Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Dell, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall devices.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Azure, cloud computing platforms, and desktop operating systems/hardware.
  • Experience managing Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler).
  • Proficiency in Active Directory setup, management, and troubleshooting (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
  • Solid background in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix Xen) including design, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Familiarity with enterprise storage systems (iSCSI, RAID, SAN, NAS).
  • Expert-level skills in Office 365 and Azure administration, migrations, and license management for SaaS products.
