Digital Performance Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads / Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and content marketing to drive real business outcomes for service-based businesses, B2B companies and high-growth startups.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance). They will be required to conduct SEO audits, implement technical, content and on-page optimisations, create landing pages for SEM campaigns, plan, launch and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns, monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance and lead quality. The candidate should also have solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough SEO audits to identify areas for improvement
- Implement technical, content and on-page optimisations to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking
- Create engaging and relevant landing pages for SEM campaigns
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
- Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance and lead quality to ensure campaign effectiveness
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance)
- Solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console
- Experience in creating and optimising landing pages based on data-driven insights
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution
- Experience with e-commerce, B2B or local SEO projects
