Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

We accelerate innovation for businesses through revenue-driven marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive performance results. They will engage in daily SEO analysis and strategy to drive necessary performance outcomes, support team members in achieving goals, and prioritize critical tasks for efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning strategic decisions within organic search optimization including technical SEO, on-page optimizations, and linking development.
  • Executing a playbook for each client industry, ensuring account execution follows the company's methodology.
  • Analyzing performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Managing and delegating SEO tasks within a weekly sprint planning framework.
  • Ideating experiments for client accounts designed to produce high performance improvement.
  • Collaborating with design and editing partners to ensure content is search-friendly.
  • Acting as Quality Assurance for conversion tracking and identifying breaks in reporting.
  • Documenting client-specific tasks for delegation to other team members.
  • Auditing other client accounts and prospect accounts for opportunity harvesting and strategy validation.
  • Contributing to iterative documentation improvements of industry teams and organic search discipline.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experiential knowledge.
  • Prior experience working in a professional services organization.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, 3+ specialized in SEO.
  • Experience leading or managing teams of individual contributors.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently. A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern digital customer acquisition funnels and SEO tactics.
