Sprinkler/Plumbing Take-off Specialist

This critical role plays a pivotal part in project estimation, ensuring accurate interpretation of drawings and precise calculations.

  • Accurately take off quantities from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material requirements
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy
  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided templates
  • Ensure timely submission of projects while maintaining attention to detail

About This Role:

This position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective communication to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine material requirements by accurately taking off quantities from plumbing and sprinkler drawings
  • Assess project documents and drawings to identify key factors impacting the scope of work
  • Source vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Prepare detailed proposals using provided templates
  • Maintain attention to detail while meeting project deadlines

Your Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in Plumbing & Sprinkler Takeoffs is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and proposal preparation
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints with accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
