Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or executive assistance.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our dynamic team, supporting daily operations, administrative responsibilities, and marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining databases (press lists, vendor lists, etc.)
  • Optimizing calendar management, including scheduling meetings and sending invitations
  • Maintaining accurate expense reports and performing weekly bookkeeping reconciliations
  • Supporting in updating website and social content created by the team

Key qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or executive assistance
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail), Excel, and Microsoft Word
