Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team in driving business development, coordinating proposals, and producing high-quality multimedia marketing materials.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end proposal and RFP coordination, including content gathering, design, and timely submission.
  2. Develop compelling narratives, visuals, and layouts for client proposals and presentations.
  3. Create marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, and digital assets.
  4. Support business development by tracking leads, managing CRM data, and generating insights via platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  5. Coordinate project photography and videography for documentation and brand storytelling.
  6. Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, automate routine tasks, and generate data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience preferably in architecture, design, or professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, data analysis, or marketing automation.
  • CRM experience with platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
