Talent Development Specialist Role

The Talent Acquisition department is looking for an exceptional Talent Development Specialist to support our fast-paced recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating interview scheduling and delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MANAGERS, INTERVIEWERS, RECRUITERS, AND HRBP'S TO DRIVE PERFORMANCE
  • Overseeing onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background check management and verification paperwork
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing the candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency
  • Quality checking offer documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in any field, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related area
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, preferably in high-growth/fast-paced environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS and scheduling tools
  • The ability to quickly learn tooling and follow processes for clean data creation
  • A professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • The ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
