Job Overview

This role will focus on talent development and continuous improvement within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate the Fellow Program in Supply Chain Planning
  • Identify and nurture talent within the supply chain team
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement talent retention strategies
  • Support mentorship and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive skill matrix for supply chain roles
  • Define standard roles and responsibilities across the supply chain function
  • Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and competency frameworks
  • Conduct skill gap analyses to identify strengths and weaknesses among teams
  • Develop assessment tools and methodologies
  • Analyze assessment results and provide insights to management
  • Create individual and team training plans
  • Track and report on training effectiveness and completion rates
  • Ensure high-quality experiences for team members through competency-based development
  • Align competencies with business objectives and industry standards
  • Implement competency-based performance evaluations
  • Develop and maintain a talent heatmap
  • Identify top performers across different supply chain functions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or a related field (internships and co-op experiences are valuable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Keen interest in talent development and skills management
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and terminology
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of HR information systems or talent management software
  • Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodology
