About the Email Solutions Specialist

As a key player in our email solutions team, you will be responsible for creating and managing email campaigns that drive results.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build a foundation for a long-term career in email solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and be able to provide guidance on how to optimize email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Provide expert advice on email deliverability and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Educate customers on email marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement email marketing strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for new team members.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with email analytics tools and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and Spanish language skills.
