We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to oversee our email and text communications strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management, and experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs.

About the Role

This is a key position in our organization responsible for ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and monitoring email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement. They will also implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Deliverability
    • Manage email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Email Content Creation
    • Create and refine email templates and content.
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
  • Campaign Management
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and regulated industry experience.
