Email Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote role.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, your goal will be to engage and retain customers through data-driven messaging. Your work will contribute directly to overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and improve customer experience.
  • Design and optimize automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer communications and messaging strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key email and CRM metrics.
  • Partner with the Product team to ensure high-priority items receive visibility in email campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with email marketing software, such as Klaviyo or Netcore.
  • Strong technical CRM skills, including segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
