We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Strategist to drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost client retention through high-impact email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior and optimize messaging.
  • Design and implement automated email workflows to effectively nurture leads and improve retention rates.
  • Optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action using data-driven A/B testing methods.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all email communications.
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant email content.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for email campaign success.
  • Generate actionable reports and insights to drive continuous improvements and growth.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in database management and audience segmentation.
