Lead Retention Strategist

As a strategic lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive retention marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and deliver top results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement data-driven email marketing automation strategies that meet client needs and customer insights.
  2. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring timely and error-free launches.
  3. Collaborate with design, copywriting, and project management teams to deliver on-brand projects.
  4. Track and analyze email KPIs, campaign outcomes, and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations.
  5. Manage client relationships through regular communication, aligning strategies with business objectives.
  6. Lead and mentor a small team, including coaching, onboarding, and training new hires.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution.
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing teams, with prior experience leading remote teams an advantage.
