Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Specialist to support our cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
- Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
- Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
- Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
- Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
- At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
- Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
- A can-do mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have.
- Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an advantage.
