We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support our financial operations team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expense Management: Ensure all corporate expenses are properly categorized and recorded in a timely manner.
  • Coding Accuracy: Verify that all transactions are accurately coded and documented.
  • Internal Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and reports.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or operations support roles.
  • Language Skills: High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup techniques.
