Job Title: Remote CAM Input/Detailer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote CAM Input/Detailer. In this role, you will be responsible for entering assigned quotes and orders into CAMduct and Epicor, creating CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, annotating drawings in Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, and completing accurate and timely processing of assigned work.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in BIM or VDC with an emphasis in HVAC or Mechanical, proficiency in Revit, and proficiency in Autodesk products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct). They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build and maintain rapport with customers, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter assigned quotes and orders into CAMduct and Epicor
  • Create CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep
  • Annotate drawings in Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep
  • Complete, accurate and on time processing of assigned work
  • Ensure duct construction methods meet customer specifications and industry standards
  • Identify incomplete information and verify with customer
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and support desk software
  • Communicate with internal team
  • Maintain status of tickets in Freshdesk

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in BIM or VDC with an emphasis in HVAC or Mechanical
  • Proficiency in Revit is required
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct) is preferred
