Creative Video Content Producer

Seeking a skilled video editor to collaborate with our team and produce high-quality content.
This is a dynamic role that involves working collaboratively with a team to create engaging, polished videos, with the potential for leadership responsibilities as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit multi-cam footage with separate sound to create compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with the team to release more than one video per week.
- Manage and mentor junior editors as needed, ensuring consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
- Work with unscripted, freestyle content to create engaging stories and maintain viewer interest.
- Conduct trial edits to demonstrate proficiency and alignment with our creative vision.
- Proven experience in video editing, preferably with reality or unscripted multi-cam content.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives from unscripted footage.
- Familiarity with sound syncing and audio post-production.
- Experience working in a team environment; prior leadership experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexible schedules and overlapping hours with a US-based team.
