As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our workforce. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions with a focus on roles based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We utilize diverse methods to attract qualified candidates including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • You will conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage ensuring a positive and seamless process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in our system.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
  • Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
