Business Development Manager

We are seeking a visionary professional to lead our on-ground engagement strategies. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our events and activations plans. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute innovative strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a forward-thinking events and activations strategy to elevate the brand, enhance market presence, and drive business growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead external agencies, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to leverage strategic partnerships for events and activations.
  • Execution: Oversee planning and execution of experiential efforts, ensuring consistency in brand representation and messaging.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of events on brand visibility, customer engagement, and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in planning and executing successful events and activations; agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
