Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality, fault-tolerant systems and products, owning all areas of implementation, frontend, backend, CI pipeline, automated test suites, and operations.
  • Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to define the product and tech roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering organization, ensuring your tech roadmap aligns with other teams.
  • Develop robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
  • Design and develop robust web and mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Write reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Implement and maintain APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with ES6+ syntax.

• In-depth knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express.js and Nest.js.

• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.

• Proficient in using databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Knowledge of server-side templating languages (e.g., EJS, Pug) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest) and writing unit tests.
