Enhancing Customer Experience through Compliance Management

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the platform's security and compliance.

As a key member of the Compliance & Monitoring team, you will collaborate closely with specialists across various teams and Customer Support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring live message content to identify potential fraud, spam, and phishing attempts.
  • Detecting, reporting, and taking action against suspicious activity.
  • Developing and updating business processes and acting as a point of contact within the team.
  • Staying current on regulatory updates and sharing best practices across the Support and Compliance teams.
  • Onboarding, mentoring, and overseeing Compliance Specialists.
  • Creating internal knowledge articles, training materials, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Educating customers on content guidelines and responsible messaging.
  • Escalating compliance-related issues raised by customers or support teams.
  • Reporting on SLAs and implementing process improvements.
  • Meeting KPIs while providing guidance for high-value customers.
