Job Title: Support Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, requiring collaboration with clients to enhance their operational efficiency. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with a high-performing team to contribute to the success of global businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer back-office tasks and ensure seamless logistics coordination.
  • Research, report, and execute tasks efficiently.
Digital Support Role Paths:
  • Clients and Digital Support: Execute marketing tasks, campaign support, event and recruiting coordination, social media scheduling, content management, and executive assistant tasks, with minimal overlap with administrative duties.
  • Tech and Platform Support: Manage CRM workflows, database upkeep, email marketing flows, funnel building, Zapier integrations, and no-code automation, supporting business systems and digital tools.
