We are seeking a highly skilled Service Call Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The Service Call Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting Field Service Managers and Field Service Engineers by monitoring and analyzing service call workloads, assigning tasks based on priority and other factors. This position involves working closely with partner Field Service Managers to ensure top performance for the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workloads and service calls for proper dispatch and scheduling, monitor and create reports on productivity and efficiency, and plan future workload assignments.
  • Dispatch service calls based on priority, geography, and other factors; strategically assign calls among Field Service Engineers; oversee inventory and part usage; assist Field Service Managers with additional duties; ensure adherence to start-of-day procedures and ETA estimates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 1-2 years in project coordination, ticket management, or service dispatch roles.
  • Experience with dispatch and ticket management; familiarity with US geography; ability to generate reports on productivity and efficiency; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to partner effectively with offshore points of contact.
