Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team. This individual will play a key role in streamlining our tools, systems, and workflows to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, automation, and data analysis. They will be responsible for optimizing internal tools, automating manual processes, and enabling users through training and documentation.

  • Optimize Internal Tools & Automations & User Enablement.
  • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools to support scalable operations.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in process optimization, automation, and data analysis in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools like Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), AI-enhanced tools, or project coordination experience.
