Graphic Designer (Retail Experience)

This is a remote position.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio and experience in creating designs that convert in online retail environments.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting. They will also have strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva is highly desirable. Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is also an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret client briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing) and traditional media (print, packaging, promotional materials).
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions.
  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels including paid ads and social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
