About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Junior Creative Director to lead the creative direction of our content studio, with a focus on AI-generated video storytelling. This role will be central to elevating the narrative and visual quality of the work we produce for high-profile clients like Aldar, and in collaboration with leading global network agencies. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in storytelling, art direction, and a willingness to embrace emerging AI technologies to craft content that is both strategically on-brand and creatively on par with traditionally executed video content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership:
     Define and drive the creative vision for AI-driven video content across diverse client portfolio.
  • Storytelling Excellence:
     Ensure narrative clarity and emotional resonance in all content, pushing the boundaries of what AI-generated storytelling can achieve.
  • Visual Direction:
     Oversee the visual language, style, and quality of AI-generated assets, ensuring world-class production value.
  • Collaboration:
     Partner with a team of AI prompt engineers, producers, and clients to deliver cohesive campaigns that meet brand and business objectives.
  • Innovation & Craft:
     Experiment with and adopt new AI-driven creative tools and workflows to enhance storytelling and visual execution.
  • Client Engagement:
     Present and articulate creative strategies and executions to clients, fostering trust and inspiring confidence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in creative roles within advertising, content studios, or production environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and visual craft across film, digital, and emerging media.
  • Proven experience working with large-scale clients and global network agencies.
  • An understanding of AI creative tools and their application in video/content production.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire both clients and internal teams.
