GenAI Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Art Director to lead our creative efforts.

  • Leverage the Pencil platform to deliver high-quality ads to clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have strong ideation and concepting skills, excellent art direction and visualisation skills, and good understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of creatives in copy and design.
  • Art direct and produce innovative work across platforms.
  • Develop digital concepts, art direction, and assets that demonstrate exemplary standards in craft.
  • Manage the preparation of finished artwork files that comply with output specifications.
  • Ensure design work aligns with latest digital requirements and social trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong ideation and concepting skills from big ideas to digital campaigns.
  • Excellent art direction and visualisation skills from static to motion.
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape and social assets development.
  • Strong typographic skills.
  • Ability to inspire teams with creative solutions day-to-day.
