Job Title: Client Change Specialist

Job Description: The Client Change Management team collaborates closely with clients, client implementations, and various stakeholders to deliver effective change management from initiation through implementation. This includes programme management, project management, client change, business consultancy, and business analysis driven by strategic direction, client-initiated changes, industry regulations, and operational efficiency directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key person to manage and facilitate business requirement discussions with clients and internal stakeholders until implementation.
  • Responsible for end-to-end project management resulting from relevant client-initiated changes, industry regulation changes, business or operational strategic directives.
  • Support and oversight of daily operational activities and supervise junior team members in a non-formal management role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A college or university degree and/or proven work experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in business analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of middle office or financial instruments, including trade lifecycle, is essential.
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to more junior level employees.
