Virtual Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized virtual assistant to fill a key role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of the team when necessary
  • Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Perform research, data collection, and report preparation
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and form completion
  • Support content updates and light content creation (optional based on skillset)
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors as required
  • Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assist in creating presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents

Required Skills:

  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing tools like QuickBooks or Xero
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
