The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Accounting plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial trajectory of an organization. This senior position oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation laws, and income tax return preparation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, particularly the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB), is crucial.
