Technical Support Specialist

We seek skilled technical support specialists to provide assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients. In this role, you'll respond to technical inquiries, resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and guide users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80km of our office. Requirements include:

  • A high-speed internet connection
  • An appropriate, quiet work environment
  • High language proficiency in English
  • Work-from-home experience

This position involves responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and dedicated, with strong communication skills, prior call center experience, and a strong command of the English language. Typing speed of 20+ WPM and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring regular computer use and telephone headset operation. Occasional movement around the office may be necessary to accomplish tasks.
