Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to develop sales strategies and attract new clients for printing/Office & School supplies products. The successful candidate will source new sales opportunities, close sales, and achieve quotas. This role requires effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Research accounts, generate leads, and qualify prospects.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions to increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM software.
- Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM software and various sales techniques.
- Familiarity with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
