About the Job
  • Promote safety for users by driving initiatives that use AI to improve quality and efficiency of Trust and Safety programs:
  • Plan, prioritize projects with multiple dependencies, and ensure timely delivery
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and devise a strategy to mitigate risks
  • Ongoing process optimization, policy creation, and change management
  • Build expertise quickly in specialized areas assigned
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, pain points, etc. and take responsibility for solutions
  • Determine root causes and implement fixes with minimal guidance
  • Follow-through on plans while communicating effectively with stakeholders and holding contributors accountable
  • Adapt to unforeseen circumstances and drive results despite obstacles
  • Maintain and update significant Trust and Safety programs, such as dispute mediation, anomaly detection, Terms of Service enforcement, Payments Risk, etc.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Legal, Enablement, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc. to align on Trust and Safety vision, requirements, and strategies:
  • Become an expert on global Trust and Safety policies and lead efforts to find solutions with relevant parties
  • Create standard operating procedures (10-50 pages), write project charters, utilize frameworks, create roadmaps, etc.
  • Investigate problem areas and present recommendations for future-state workflows integrating policy, process, and automation
  • Effectively manage stakeholders through clear, direct, detailed, organized, adaptable, and persuasive communication
Required Skills
  • 2+ years in program management, policy or process management, leading complex projects to successful outcomes (impacting 10 to 50+ people)
  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical decision-making abilities, including executing/driving solutions forward
  • Strong communicator able to explain findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
  • Able to rapidly build expertise, absorb details, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and interpersonal skills - responding to new/complex situations with curiosity, creativity, and empathy
  • Familiarity with AI- or automation-enhanced T&S environments (bots, agent assist, self-serve, and transformative potential)
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, incident management, content moderation
  • Lean/Six Sigma or other Project Management Professional Certification
