Key Responsibilities
  • Audit existing files and convert them into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Maintain internal documentation for project status reviews and create external-facing status updates for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on their progress.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines, working closely with attorneys to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Recent experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
  • No prior law office experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential.
