Project Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Project Management Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, developing and managing project schedules, and communicating with team members to ensure successful project completion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a project management role or similar position. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems are also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects within the client portal
  • Assist in developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Communicate with team members to complete projects and address client requests
  • Engage with clients and prospects daily through social media platforms
  • Identify and implement system improvements and standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to team culture and overall success
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a project management role or similar position
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems
